The easiest way to contact us is to complete the contact form with as much details as possible and give us a means to contact you. An email address and contact number is best, and we will be able to tell you in theory what we can do, and what it will cost.
Our rates are extremely competitive.
First off, if i send you an email response it will usual be as informative as possible. I sometimes am able to help you like this for free.
If i need to see you, or see your computer then rates start from as little as £17.25 per hour plus the cost of whatever hardware or software is required.
Most work can be carried out in your own home/business premises, within an hour of arrival. Sometimes where necessary, i will need to take your machine away and will advise on timescales and costs.
I am able to look after you if you are within the Neath & Port Talbot, Swansea, and Llanelli area. But if in doubt ask me.
Remote Access can be used to deal with the majority of issues providing of couse you have an internet connection-
